We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your assessment for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order date, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the final delivered reports (the Fundability Review and VC Investment Memo). At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you understand and accept this refund policy before completing your purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. To request a refund, email us at assi@the200bn.club from the email address used for your purchase, with the subject line "Refund request" and your order reference. We will review your request and, if approved, issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.

Statutory rights (UK / EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. By starting the assessment and accepting these terms at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the final reports have been delivered to you. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm the following: "I understand that my assessment and reports are digital services produced specifically for me. I agree that work may begin as soon as I complete my assessment, and I acknowledge that once my Fundability Review and VC Investment Memo have been issued, my right to cancel and receive a refund no longer applies."

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
